Heather D. Harris is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harris | Holt. 

For Heather, the future of Harris | Holt is one with a focus on it's customers, employees, and shareholders. Under her strategic vision, the organization remains committed to fostering a culture of innovation, investing in critical internal research, and development efforts. The company continues to grow through major program wins within the U.S. Government. Harris | Holt is a value-based company rooted in its mission of making a difference for our customers everyday.

As CEO she responsible for establishing and executing the information technology (IT) strategy to promote business growth, provide data, system resiliency, foster business agility, and ensure operational readiness across the entire Harris | Holt enterprise. All this while supporting the overarching IT vision, strategy, and protecting corporate assets. Before  becoming CEO, Heather held leadership roles across prominent organizations. Heather began her career at Bloomberg in the facilities space. 

Heather holds a Bachelors of Art in English and a Master’s in Architecture M.ARCH I. 

Ricardo Holt is the Chief Operating Officer of Harris Holt. In this role he is responsible for leading Harris Holt. Programs in his portfolio cover the gamut of capabilities that underpin customers most important priorities, including cyber, network, software development, key management, AI/ML, deep analytics, intelligence analysis and logistics prior to the assignment. 

Holt has served  in leader level overseeing  large network , cloud and cyber security programs throughout  Asia and the United States . As a  technically sophisticated, solution oriented, IT security  Engineer with 18 years of experience and a successful record of directing a wide range of corporate IT Initiatives and  participating in the planning and implementation of information-security solutions in support of business objectives. A strong leader able to coordinate and direct all project phases while managing, motivating, and leading project teams. A  proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills that foster beneficial partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders.  Implementing innovative security programs that drive awareness, decrease exposure, and strengthen organizations, working knowledge of Federal Cyber Security and privacy laws and standards  (FISMA, DIACAP, COBIT, ISO 207001/2, COBIT,  NIST 800-53, NIST 800-145 Privacy Act, HIPPA).

 Holt is an active members of the community, including the Black Congressional Caucus, charity serving the Dulles corridor, and the intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Ricardo has completed Harvard Extension  (Artificial Intelligence, Python, Data Science: Machine Learning), Oracle University (OCI), Microsoft Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer.
