Heather D. Harris is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harris | Holt. 

For Heather, the future of Harris | Holt is one with a focus on it's customers, employees, and shareholders. Under her strategic vision, the organization remains committed to fostering a culture of innovation, investing in critical internal research, and development efforts. The company continues to grow through major program wins within the U.S. Government. Harris | Holt is a value-based company rooted in its mission of making a difference for our customers everyday.

As CEO she responsible for establishing and executing the information technology (IT) strategy to promote business growth, provide data, system resiliency, foster business agility, and ensure operational readiness across the entire Harris | Holt enterprise. All this while supporting the overarching IT vision, strategy, and protecting corporate assets. Before  becoming CEO, Heather held leadership roles across prominent organizations. Heather began her career at Bloomberg in the facilities space. 

Heather holds a Bachelors of Art in English and a Master’s in Architecture M.ARCH I. 

Ricardo Holt is the Executive Vice President of Harris Holt. In this role he is responsible for leading Harris Holt. Programs in his portfolio cover the gamut of capabilities that underpin customers most important priorities, including cyber, network, software development, key management, AI/ML, deep analytics, intelligence analysis and logistics. Prior to the assignment. 

Ahead of Harris Holt, Holt spent 30 years in Corporate structure. He has served in leader level  overseeing large Network & Cloud programs as well as business development for multiple lines of business,  having the opportunity to work with  Victor Lawrence inventor of DSL, audio coding chip design and Jesse Russell inventor of the first digital cell phone and wireless technology using incNETWORKS cellular technology building a core Cellulan infrastructure through New York City metropolitan area. 

With over 30 years in the technology space and defense industry, Holt holds a broad background in engagements with customers across the globe including The United State Government, and corporate accounts.  He has delivered a variety of programs in more than 3 countries including Cloud Infrastructure,  Architecture Design And Cyber Security.

 Holt is an active members of the community, including the Black Congressional Caucus, charity serving the Dulles corridor, and the intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Ricardo holds AI/ML from Oracle University, Microsoft AI Engineer.
